Hi, I’m Marie Zimenoff, CEO of RWA...
I’m a passionate advocate for career industry professionals and a decades-long practicing career coach myself.
I’m so glad you’re here.
Just as resumes have evolved to meet the changing demands of our multimedia culture and online job search, cover letters have undergone a fundamental change from their previous content, structure, and format. Because they are now almost always electronic documents - either sent as an email or uploaded to a job board - cover letters now need to be sharply focused, concise, and to the point.

And, using before-and-after examples, we will show you - not just tell you! - how to adapt traditional cover letters to meet the needs of today's job seekers.
It is important to note that there are clients, job opportunities, and situations that will require a more “traditional” cover letter, and we'll discuss that as well. Knowing which type of letter to use - why, when, and how - is critical to getting your clients noticed, interviewed, and hired!
As with all of our Master-E-Sessions, you'll receive a content-rich portfolio of handouts for the class - samples of resumes, cover letters, e-letters, bios, and other career marketing communications, along with additional writing tools and resources that you can put to use immediately.
This program is offered via MP3 audio recording, and each attendee will receive the audio recording link, so you can listen - over and over - whenever you wish.
We are always here to answer your questions and work with you one-on-one to reach your writing goals! Feel free to contact us at any time.
